How we measure “landed”

Method

Every move is a real, sourced event — a changelog entry, a pricing change, a blog post, a funding announcement — captured from each company's own surfaces. Nothing is inferred by a language model; every line traces to a URL.

“Reception” counts genuine public reactions to that move, across the platforms where developers actually respond. Self-promotion is filtered out — job ads, aggregator reposts and bot mirrors don't count as the market reacting.

When a move has no reception, we say so plainly — “shipped, no measured reaction.” For a competitive read, that's often the most useful line on the page.
